Great Wolf Lodge is Grrrreat

The wkend after Tet, we left for williamsburg for a 2night/3day stay at Great Wolf Lodge, an indoor water park kept at a balmy 84'. It was a BLAST. the water slides were 3 stories high; the biggest and curviest i've ever been on. i could have ridden them all day long, but my ride buddy, laurel was a little freaked.

the girls prob enjoyed the 'beach' (sans sand) area the most. vienna would lie on the 'boat' and let the waves swoosh her around. laurel liked the splashy but shallow waves. since the weather wasnt a factor, we were at the water park by 10AM, quick nap at 3PM, then back to the park at 5PM. needless to say, we would be worn out, but fm too much fun!

the lodge is very well design, with areas for all ages, and all the amenities --- and i dont know how they do it, but no strong chlorine smell and the water was clean! it's def worth a trip (alittle on the pricey side, but less costly than flying), but the wkends does get more crowded.

sadly i lost my camera at the lodge. here are some pics fm thuy's camera and eric's phone:
